We have recruited human power from tested industries in Nigeria and beyond –marine operators and Logistics experts to ensure adequacy in the management of the company.  

CHIEF DENNIS OKAFOR, The Chairman/CEO, has his Masters in Transport planning from Lagos state University, PGD in marine studies, FNIS (fellow institute of shipping) and Diplomat from university of Lagos. All and many other qualifications made up our Chief Executive Office/chairman of Denca Services Limited.

He also have professional membership in several Bodies, viZ: chartered Institute of Shipping Nigeria Shippers council, Nigeria chambers of commerce, Association of Nigeria .He also have several awards of which few are named thus: Outstanding Hero of Umudim Award(2003),Fresh Leadership Award (2003), Best clearing Agent Award (1999),Eagles of Hope Award(2004).

Mr. EUGENE ANACHEBE, The Managing Director, is an MBA Business Administrator holder (FUTO), FNIS(Fellow, institute of Shipping) and Diploma from University of Lagos.He also has Professional Membership in several Bodies, viz: Chartered Institute of Administrator, Nigeria Shippers Council, Nigeria Chamber of Commerce, Nigeria –British Chamber of Commerce, Nigeria/ America Chamber  of commerce, Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents(National Treasurer) etc. and have achieved several awrds of which few are name thus: Outstanding hero of Umudim Award (2003), Fresh Leadership Award (2003), Contribution to Growth & Development of Nigeria Award (2003), Best Clearing Agent Award (1999), Eagle of Hope Award(2004).

SIR VICTOR ASHINOBI.A. (KSC) THE GENERAL MANAGER:
Sir, Victor Ashinobi.A. (KSC) possesses an HND in marketing from the Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra state; M.sc in Transport Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho; and advanced professional diploma in Logistics and Transports Management from the chartered institute of Logistics and Transport London.

A Member of the Association of Supervisors in Purchasing and Supply management. Widely regarded as a celebrate strategist and extremely knowledgeable manager of Human and material resource. A very astute manager. Sir,Ashinobi started his professional career in Air link Express Nigeria and worked variously as coordinator/Operations manager ,head of general operations/Logistics ,in IMNL, United Parcel service ,TNT/IAs international, Continental Logistics services Limited where he served as the General Manager, Logistics Operations, planning, control and services. He is a knight of St.Christopher.

Ms.OBIAGELI NWEKE (Comm. Affairs/H.R)
Ms.Nweke is the image-maker of the company. she holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from federal Polytechnic, Nassarawa in Plateau State, Nigeria,and Diploma in Computer Studies from the Technical training College, Surulere, Lagos ,A Diploma in Journalism from the Federal radio Corporation of Nigeria. Before joining Denca Services Limited in 2001, she was Advert Manager at Post Express Newspapers in Lagos and then, she was Deputy Editor of the Port News in Lagos. She is presently running a PGD in Maritime Transport Technology, at federal University of Technology, Owerri. She is also the community Affairs Manager of the company. She also handles relationships with the press and protocol services for company top executives and visitors.

MR.AGHEDO DANIEL AVIE (Public Relations Officer)

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State. Prior to joining Denca Services Limited, Oil & Gas section about 9(nine) years ago, He was downstream sector distribution of refined petroleum products and lubricants within Nigeria for 5(five) years.

ENGINEER ANDREW IGBINOBA (Operations Manager Engineering)
A Halliburton experience HND, PGD, Mechanical-Engineer and Expert in Drilling Services, who was trained in Nigeria and attended Europe Research Centre ,Holland. Engineer Igbinoba is in charge of drilling support services and swamp water maintenance. He is also in charge of engineering services involving flow-stations, flow line repairs and well-head maintenance. He has over 15 years experience with Halliburton Nigeria on drilling support services and other associated drilling support services.
