The company has made significant impacts in the Maritime Industry through the creation of ports infrastructure, Port Management and Administration.

Denca Services Limited has been operating in a developing economy subsequent to changes in social, economic and political development. The company has been consistent in its operations and administration both in Ports, Maritime and Shipping Activities with her diversification into various sectors of the economy through provision of services. Denca Services also provides Oil Field Engineering Services, such as Tank Farm and pipeline construction, flowline, well head services, maritime logistics.

The Federal Government of Nigeria efforts in commercialization and privatization of solid mineral properties have brought Denca Services into Solid Mineral Exploration and development with substantial investment in the Mineral sectors.

The company has been developmentally-oriented and has made remarkable progress under the track leadership of Chief Dennis Okafor as Chairman/CEO, and Eugene Anachebe as Managing Director. These two people have been progressive Managers of human and material resources.
